Very cool video, sir.
Recently I was traveling from Florida across Alabama on my way to the Natchez Trace Parkway. I fished my way across Alabama from the Little River Canyon, DeSoto Falls, and Joe Wheeler State Park. At Guntersville I got blown off the lake by one of the strongest thunderstorms I have ever been in. The wind at one time blowing so hard it almost blew my 12 foot boat across the parking lot. I took a few side trips along the way like the US Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville. Really enjoyed the fresh water fishing in Alabama. During the trip I caught lots of bass and pan fish but not to many crappie. I was fishing in mid May and the only crappie I could catch were in water over 20 feet deep. I would really appreciate any suggestions on how to improve my crappie catching stats. Below is the video of the trip.
Thanks for letting us go along with ya on your trip! I really enjoyed the clip ! I wished I knew you were coming through I would have tried to put yaw on some crappie! But at least you got to go to Payne’s which is only about 5 miles down the road from me if yaw are ever back up this way give me a shout and we will try give em a try!
Should have given us a heads up. I was catching them good in May.
