Thread: Any body have arrowheads

I have some that I found during my college years

I used to love to pick up arrow and spear heads. Nice start on his collection!

Nice ! I know some guys that still find a few now in then but I never could spot em like they can!

I have what’s left of my fathers collection.

A few, and some drills, one really good chunky stone from below Toulouse....

Man...had Dalton points,drills,hoes,axe heads,scrapers,spear points, drop weights, ornament rocks,pottery... picked it all up in local farm fields. Sold it all for little of nothing in the 70's ....compared to what it would be worth today...not to mention I would just like to have it. Wish I could do that over. I even had a few musket and minie balls I found. Just walked the fields after they plowed and it came a rain. Some I picked while hunting . People would prosecute you for trespassing now . Back then it was pretty easy to get permission and a lot of people just didn't really care. There were some people who guarded the pickin' spots and valued them, a lot of people could care less.

Maybe BoatBottom will see this and post some pictures. He has some beautiful displays of arrow heads along with a few tools.

That's a good many. Never really looked for them but I have found a few as a kid. I knew a guy that was a native American and made them at shows. He also used flent knifes to skin deer. I was amazed how well they worked.
