Awesome catch DB. Congrats!
I made another trip to Swan Creek yesterday from daylight till about 11AM. Zero Crappie, but the gills were agreeable. Again used the 1/32oz slider as a search bait, followed with a Keystone Minnow about 12" under a small float. I kept a limit, returning many, many more. The water is clear, but I didn't bring my fish finder so unsure on water temperature. My guess is the Crappie are bedding in a specific area and I just haven't found it yet.

Nice catch Ditch, I love them gills!
Nice job Ditch. I fished Swan Creek WMA one afternoon last week and caught 9 real nice bream all on a beetle spin. I went back in Saturday morning and they had dropped the water a foot and they had totally shut down for me. Glad you found them, I thought someone had caught them all out......I mean Saturday morning I did not have a bite, fishing jigs and live bait.
