    I had one come loose years ago with no chains my luck it found the only light pole with in a half mile totaled the boat ! It Could been much worse !but learned my lesson haven’t pulled anything without safety chain since!

    Very good reminder....

    Most safety chains aren't heavy enough IMO.

    There was almost another WAFF story about me last night. "Fat guy falls out of boat"

    I nearly and I mean just nearly went swimming yesterday. Only problem is that as shallow as I was I would have probably stuck straight up, head first in the mud. I was trying to quickly get to the back of the boat to net a fish for my son. I reckon I slipped on a pack of jig bodies or something and next thing I knew my head was about an inch from the water.
