Thread: Visiting Montgomery for work

I will be down in the Montgomery area (Maxwell-Gunter AFB) will not have the availability to hook up with a guide as work day starts at 7 and ends at 5 ish or so. Can anyone recommend decent water to wet a line in from the shore close by? I have did some map reconnaissance and seen decent waters close to the hotel I'll be at but as a buddy stated "that's fishing country down there, hell you could ask a local hottie where to fish and she would know".

By no means am I trying to call any of you all attractive but I am sure we have a plethora of knowledge on the site.
