    Default Spotted some Morgan County spider riggers today


    Chime in if this was any of y'all........This morning about 10AM I went to Decatur and saw at least one boat spider rigging on each side of the 31 causeway as I went into Decatur from the north. This afternoon I left and went out via Hwy 67 and saw 1 boat spider rigging on the south side of the Flint Creek bridge just east of the bridge. I hope all of you guys caught a limit.

    Well it wasn't me, but I would have liked to have been out there. I sure would like to hear if they did any good. I am trying to get my boat rigged out for spider rigging in the next couple of days.

    Wasn't me either. Spent my morning driving to Shoal Creek only to get their and it was muddier than the Elk River.

    I love fishing those areas, but wasn't me. I was over at Lake Guntersville today. Water was waaaay down.

    I saw 1 boat spider rigging on the west side of 31 this morning..but that was all. I fished some backwater in my kayak this morning hunting some crappie and only had 2 bites and both were bass.

    I fished mouth of flint Thursday, didn't do much good though. Water was swift and trashy. Had to clear my lines every few minutes. Scratched out 12 only 8 keepers. Catcher several stripe and drum and 1 catfish.
