    Default muddy water

Thanks I've been watching the weather close, just wasn't sure how quick the water clears up and does dingy water slow down the bite? Up here they still bite pretty good during rainy dingy water. We've been catching pretty good quality here on Douglas for the last week.

My experience here is the dingier it gets the less I catch.

The water color is better. The bite is slow with the temp drop and they are wanting meat in front of them.

Did well yesterday in really stained water the wind had ran a lot of people off the water yesterday and today. Winds were 10 to 20 mph. The wind is the killer right now, it is suppose to rain all weekend. We have had a cold front coming tonight and that is not going to help.

I'm sorry to hear about all the stormy weather coming through. Is your normal wind direction out of the SW?

Nicvanlex, I hope you will find some good bites!

We are also coming down the 19th or 20th. First time for my friend and I as well.

Were going down anyway, Got the weekend to fish and a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work. Will let you know how it goes.

The wind right now is coming from NW and it changes every 10 min.

Sorry to hear the fishing didn't work out. Get 'em the next time.
    Thanks for posting nicvanlex.

19th through the 26th looks to have a lot of weather also. The forecast is really changing alot day to day right now for the extended.

Its a long haul from northern Ohio down there.
