    Default Neely Henry 2-9

Went deer hunting in the morning, put in at Lakeshore around 12:30 found fish on the graph nearer the mouth close to the river channel, but the water was pretty nasty with mud. The dam was releasing pretty heavy as well. Ended up in a shoal creek and caught 2 fish long lining. Both were shorts.... here's to hoping the water clears up soon.

If you are going North on HWY 77 coming from Ohatchee, it is the first causeway. There is a public ramp there locally known as the Lakeshore ramp. It's a pay ramp 3$.

Anybody been on Neely Henry lately? I am wondering what the water conditions are, I know Pickwick lake and all of the tn river is high and muddy. I figured the same for the coosa, but was surprised to see the weights for the crappie USA tournament on Logan Martin yesterday, top two teams had over 12lb sacks! Just curious if y'all got less rain than we did or the teams might have found a little clearer water somewhere. Thanks for any info.

Can't say about Neely Henry, but Logan Martin main river muddy and feels like they have flood gates open the way the water was moving. Some clearer water in pockets off the main river.
