Brad my 14’ ers are b&m pst and they are my favorite of those that I have. I have a 16’ southern pro that I’m going to try if I ever get a chance to get back on the water. I also have several other brands that your welcome to come and try em to see how you like em!

I don't know if I'm coordinated enough to use a 10 foot long pole much less a 14 or 16. LOL I've already bought 4 10 footers. I guess I'll get 4 12's and try that, or are 10's and 12's too close in length to use pulling jigs?

Mitchell, I hope you can get back out on the water soon. You gotta show me how to do this spiderweb fishing.

Not if you don’t turn to fast. Pulling, pushing and spiderrigging poles?

I have several different rods but my favorite are my 12 foot southern pros. Light and sensitive with enough backbone to long line or spider rig. Also Ed Dukes is a great guy to do business with and he stands behind his product

Fur I started out using 14,11,and 8 on the front and yes they do get tangled from time to time. Has a lot to do with turning speed, length of line out and radius of your turn. After you do it a while you will get a feel for what works good. It doesn’t take much of a rod to pull with. No need to spend much $ just trying it out. Use what you have and if you like it then upgrade a bit. The 11 footers I still use are B’nM West Point crappie rods, caught them on sale for $4 each several years ago. Now I wouldn’t jig, spider rig or anything else with them but to pull a couple jigs they work fine.
