I agree with most a center console is hard to beat and you will not have problems fishing 3 people or casting. Only problem is get under a low bridge. Keep in mind with most center consoles you can take the bar down. I'm not familiar with guntersvillie so I can't say.

I would love to have a center console for the open waters they are great boats very comfortable and sturdy but I fish a lot of back waters on my home lake that don’t have ramp access and I can only afford one boat so I’m sticking with my xpress 18’6” . Very comfortable ride only 3 things I would like to be different and that would be a4 stroke motor a live well up front and a step at the front deck!

I agree with lowe175 the windshield and bar can come off. Here is a pic of mine. If you take the windshield off the center console it would be about the same height as the motor when trimmed down. Name: 20170716_180558.jpg

Drucker, I've noticed it being real close to the top of the motor if that bar was gone. I don't know that I've ever ridden in a cc. I have owned mud boats in the past and I liked driving while standing.

I'm going fishing this weekend. I'll get a measurement from the water line to the top of the center console with and without the bar/windshield.

If you have back problems you won't like a CC. Leaning post are not comfortable and most are not wide enough to sit on and most don't have a back rest. Get you a SC and one that rides good. I just went from a 22FT Scout CC to a 20FT Ranger Angler and love to be able to sit down in a comfortable seat and drive. And I can fish for everything that I want to out of it.

Got mine with seats. When catfishing, I can spin them around and watch rod tips.

I agree about the leaning post. I don’t care for them.
