On the pvc, I have some out here at Neely, and up in Kentucky, most of the fish I catch of them are dinks. That why I only put wood out anymore.

Went to Weiss yesterday to check the lake house heat, put in a stake bed the size of a twin bed! Water down around 6' and my cove has no cover at all. My next door neighbor gave me the ok to remove the cedars he has....lot of work coming up. By the way my cove 3/4 of it was frozen. I'm over this cold weather!

I have seen it work sometimes and sometimes it doesn't but I have also seen where wood didn't work in some areas very well either. Later I want to do a mixture of both. I do not even have a boat right now anyway. I have to hitch a ride because I sold mine. I plan on buying another one in the future though. I definitely think wood is better, but it's more work too, probably worth it in the end though.

James, I'll be glad to come down and help you if you'd like. Just give me a couple days heads up and I'll be there.
Cowboy find ya a landscaper and get them to give ya some of their plant buckets. I use 3 gallon ones and they will hold about 40lb concrete. Be got a bunch of them if you were willing to drive to Alex city an pick them up if ya need.
