Glad they finally stood behind their work. In March I had issues with a new Terrova and they had a new one to me in 2 days.
Finally, a new trolling motor on its way. Come to find out the steering motor has rust in it, but all the seals were good. This is the second steering motor that has had the same issue. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this before.

Did you have to send them a letter from a lawyer to get them to replace it, or did they finally decide that 27 days in the shop in a year was enough to warrant a replacement?
That's still not appropriate "customer service" to me. You should have had a new one about 25 days in the shop eariler.
