    Default Spring camp

I have info on five hotels within five miles of rainbow landing. Only was able to find out price at one of them,$ 53+ tax, motel 6 1600 Rainbow drive, 256-543-1105. Super 8 2110 Rainbow drive, 256-547-9033. Deer Field Inn Southside Hwy 77, 256-413-1300. Econo Lodge of Gadsden 1612 W Grand Ave, next to I-59, 256-442-7913. Hampton inn 129 river road, across from mall, 256-546-2337. Also I've hit two rental halls up. G.O.L. , $ 45 a hour for hall that will hold 45 people , and a hall that will hold 500 people for $ 65 a hour. Rainbow community center is $ 50 for four hours ,holds 75 people, it has a full kitchen. Only problem is no open flame rule. We would have to use electric fryers. Friday was booked, but Saturday was open. Good part of town, also next to police station, and fire department. With in two miles of rainbow landing on highway 411, If who ever is going to be in charge of things, if you want me to book rainbow community center I can book it tomorrow. I can also check with Southside community center if need be, their rental hall is the old high school cafeteria. Going to check on the rv camp site in Gadsden tomorrow. Website says they have 50 for rvs, and 50 for tents. Whom ever is going to be in charge, hit me up with a pm.

Hey Cowboy you may want to check on the rules at that campground, I have heard that they have some strict rules about some things like parking your boat at your camp site and also pets.

Just a thought, but a lot of churches will rent their fellowship halls too at pretty cheap prices. Can we use the gas cookers outside?

Will check with churches also tomorrow. I'm going t o check the availability of the public parks, the city has two big pavilions at their park in town with charcoal grills and picnic tables. Will try to get info on them also. Found out that Saturday is the big chocolate festival in town. They will have rides, games, food, etc. So if anyone is bringing young kids, somethings you might want to check out. It will be within three miles of rainbow landing ( hwy 77 ) on rainbow drive ( hwy 411 ).

The best deal that I have found is Motel 6 on 411 rates for March 30th through April is 186.67 for the 3 nights if 2 people share a room that is about 30 dollars a night, that includes taxes. they all so have a place out back on the river and said we could have a fish fry down there on Sat. But is it is raining I dont know where we could go.
