Hope I do as good as you, me and my dad set out a 150 foot frontline in the Tennessee river this morning we hope to have a cooler full tomorrow morning
Happy 4th to all!
Slabby, hope you get a cooler full.
If u baited up with good bait and run it out across the river it will be loaded up .
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Well my plans to catch a bunch on my frontlines went bust because some sorry _ _ _ stole my frontlines went to run them this morning and it was gone I found where I had tied it but the line had been cut I'm mad ,!!!
Oh man I hate that for ya. I used to have that problem just about every time I put one out now I don't tie mine to anything and hardly use a marker on either end if I do use a marker I make a real long tail rope on it .now when I put mine out I put it somewhere close to a bouy marker or use a visual marker on the bank somewhere .and I use a short piece of rail iron on a long rope and drag it up this seams to work best for me also I have Used a river rock tied to a long rope to drag with anything that is kinda heavy will work as long as it don't float up when u put pressure on the rope from pulling up the line.had to do mine this way cause it's just too hard to spend all that time racking / bating and all the work putting out a line to find out it's been cut .![]()
Sorry for the bad luck, I hate a thief!
You might try jug lines. It takes a little time to put them together, but you'll get several years of use out of them. My best day in a back slough was 26 Channels in about two and a half hours.
