Elk River Mills Report*
Not much to report. I fished up and down the elk, sugar creek and big creek with 4 blue gills and a nice bass. got checked by the game warden up in sugar creek. I did not find any bream on bed. The water was 71 and looked good, but no fish

I cross Baker Hill bridge often. Lately I can see the blue and brown stains from bedding fish. It has been a tough few years locally for us with crappie and bream. Ditch Basser has an open invitation for breakfast and lunch at Sportsman Park if he will come down and help diagnose this part of the river.
