I would like to venture a guess that this was a black Tracker. If it was you met one of the better crappie fisherman in this area.

I need to try the Elk river sometime. I don't expect to fill a cooler on the first trip, just looking to try something new.

North of the Co 70 bridge on Anderson creek just might be up your alley ditch. Seen a couple of yaks out there the last couple of yrs.

I wish you would. Maybe you can come out here and show me how to catch fish on Big Creek (Elk River Mills) cause I sure can't.

If we get a Saturday with some calm winds I might just give it a try. Even if I don't find any Crappie there should be some nice gills.
