In our lakes it would be frog eggs, but not sure if that holds true elsewhere. We see some pods attached to tree stumps in the swamp that are the size of basket balls. That is a lot of frogs and some happy Bass too.
twice in the last couple of weeks Ive stopped by one of my fav bank fishing spots on Gville lake and noticed some kind of firm but not hard softball sized "pods" (for lack of a better word), that appear to be eggs attached to the concrete walls of the culvert I am targeting. anyone know what these might be? The pods were about 6-12 inches below the surface....
