Not sure about the southern waters but all the gates in my area are slightly open for drawdown to winter pool. Drawdown starts 10-15 so yours probably does or will a few days later

Sorry I ahve not seen the lake after all of the rain but it sure should be up and stained. I live about 3 miles from Spring creek and I had about (8) inches of rain at my house. Hope you have a good time fishing.

water is mostly clear in the Scottsboro area as of Wednesday. the back of north sauty was dirty but the water looked ok at the 79 bridge. not high (the water that is) either.

I rode down to the dam on my way home from work. 5 gates open and the water wasn't muddy, maybe stained a tad.
