Yes its so bad 60 of them got caught hibernating in my friends live well yesterday after 4 hours on the water before the rain. The long lines were a dancing in the 7 ft of water on 1/16ths and Mr crappie white grub.
I have been too busy to fish Guntersville for the past few weeks and wonder what the changing temps have done to the fish. People that I have talked to say the fish are currently hibernating. What have y'all found?

They have found there way into my livewell also caught a limit just this past Thursday spider rigging with monkey milk
Found 60 sleepers in our livewell Friday. Pesky little buggers! They're there in 7FOW and it's on!!!!
I fished the bay at Decatur Saturday, and we wore out the stripe -- but not a single crappie to be had. We threw back well over 30 stripe. They were fun to catch, but they weren't what we were after.
Sunday I fished Sportsman's Landing. Once crappie, and again threw back a number of stripe and half dozen bream. the bass fisherman were cleaning up in big creek. The bass had moved into the creek and were along the banks of the creek channel.
So much for fishing this weekend.
I found 54 in my ice chest Friday, water temp had dropped 3° and they were scattered in the private lakes I fish.
