Hwy 231 S of Pell City, just past Lakeside Landing, which is the big campground with the Chevron station, It will be in the parking lot of the old Town & Country which used to be the BP station. The store is closed for remodeling now but they are letting us use the parking lot. If you need more info send me a private message and I will give you my phone # so you can call me.

Sorry that you can't make it Scott. We need lots of our club members to come and support this one. Since you can't make it just send your money to help out the rest of us.

How did the tournament turn out? I had my son this weekend and even the crappie have to take a back seat. I fished Thursday on the lower end and had a hard time finding fish. The lake level has dropped noticeably since I was up there the week before. Just received a package in the mail from Curtis at litewire and itching to get back up there and try them out.

We had 10 boats in the tournament, winning weight was 8.85 lbs. for 7 fish. Big fish was 1.61 lbs. The wife and I came in 2nd with 7.84 lbs. and she also caught the big fish. During the tournament we caught 50 crappie. Water temp was 70-71 degrees where we were at. We had beautiful weather and everyone seemed to have had a good time. The lake is in the fall draw down so they can get it to the winter level. They will probably pull it down about 2 more feet. Good luck and give us a report when you get to go.

Thanks for the report Roger. I tried to come up at least for the weigh-in but had too many things to get knocked out. Let me know when you are having another tournament and I will do my best to come up and contribute to the pot and meet you folks.
