I've seen some of the guides use more than 3 poles per person several times on Weiss. Not all guides, but there are a few that are illegal when they fish.

It should not matter how many ples you use. If they don't want the lakes fished out they should drop the limit to 15 or 20.

Probably not a popular thing but changing the limit would help more than the number of rods. Maybe changing the size to 11 or 12". Before you get your drawers in a wad I am not suggesting that. Works in MS.

3 pole limit, decreased creel limit, and increased size limit all work for me!

There's only 2 lakes in the state with a limit on the number of poles you can fish with, and I think it's more than fair. If you want to fish with a bunch of poles there's lots of other lakes to fish in the state.

Up north and out west there are some states that only allow 1 or 2 poles... I think we're fortunate to have the rules and regs we have!

There is not any logic to the law. Its like telling the long liners they can only use live bait, or telling the one polers they can use only black jigs... a limit is a limit.

Something tells me that when $hit rolls downhill it gains momentum. Maybe all the spider riggers want the momentum to stop over there at I-59 and not roll any farther.
