well, you better figure out how to get those crankbaits down 35 feet. And moving real slow. And, you better ,,,,,, well. All i have to say is ....."minnows"
Hey, the waffle house is on me if you can win on crankbaits in water temps around 50

Them sound like Fishting words to me... :D Good luck to both of you.
David we have a Slabfest on Weiss. Think SACA would like to fish that one with us????

Well, I was thinking about trying the durned minnows, at least as a back-up
plan, but with Waffle House on the line, may have to try a little harder with
crankbaits! Deep and slow is no prob, put enough weight in line and they'll
get down there. Now whether they'll bite it or not...
Minnows... are for catfish :D

no, we have one boat launch site for the tournaments. Although, you can blast off at 5:30am after you pay if you want to get to your spot early. Fish until 3:00pm, then get to the weigh in site by 4:00.

Do you have to join to fish. I live in Gadsden, but would come up to fish with ya`ll.
Yes, membership is required. Annual membership is $35.
Jigdragger, we would love to have you come fish with us. Give me a call for more information. Look for more posts about SACA here in the Alabama forum.
