The SEC has already dropped the case, the NCAA had the case in Mid - January.
You cant suspend anyone for asking for money. They can only be suspended for accepting money. His family has turned over bank statements and the FBI hasn't taken anyone to jail yet. WAAAAAAAAAR EAGLE!!!!!!
Mr. Bama fan oh what short memory you have. Your players actually ACCEPTED GIFTS/BENEFITS/and FREEBIES and were CAUGHT BUT NOT PUNISHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Oh did you forget????? MT. Cody and Julio went on a charter fisher trip with a guy who owns outdoors/tackle shops. We didnt make a fuss over it. You guys are the cheaters. Horrible officiated Iron Bowl gave yall 14 points on the 4th down unsportsmanlike penalty on Fairley to the 1st quarter P.I. by the goal. P.S. Saban said How Bout them Cowboys

How do you get 14 points from one call? Also do a little research on who goes on fishing trips and get your names right. The NCAA can suspend for asking for money.

I agree 100%. If you think it's not going on at your institution then you're wrong. Great game last Friday. As far as I'm concerned it lived up to the hype. The only time I felt comfortable during that game was when Mccarron's last pass fell incomplete. bama had a good game plan, but Auburn just made a few more plays.

I am not an expert on this and do not claim to be. However, I heard reported on tv that the rules state that if money is solicited by a family member then it makes the player ineligible. They said that no money has to swap hands and just the solicitation alone makes him ineligible. So if that is true then you are wrong. I myself think it is crazy, but. Actually this was probably one of the most fair officiated games I have ever watched. If any of you were listening to the game as well as watching the game, you would have heard the announcer say that that penalty would have been called on anyone. So his point was that it was not just called because of who it was. Also everyone can deny it if they want to but we all know without the simple mistakes Bama made, Auburn would have easily been beat, had more to do with Bamas mistakes than what Auburn did. The main thing is this and it is all that really matters. Auburn won and has bragging rights. That is the bottom line. Now from a Bama fan, go win this state another championship

That is the rules and Allbarn will be 0-14 for this season by this time next year! They will also get real close to the death penalty :p But all the Barn fans are "All In" so they should not be whinning when it all comes down on them :D:D:D

You can ask for money ALL DAY LONG. His father already admitted asking for money. Trying to solicit money is legal. Accepting money is Illegal. That's just the way it is. Like I said you HEARD ON TV that soliciting is illegal and what you heard on TV is untrue sir.

I will have to say that the unsportsman like conduct call was BS and would have not been called on just anyone. I saw other people celebrating that did not get flagged. Also, the commentators of the game sucked! They were all about Bama in the first half and how good they were (when they were winning) and in the second half they changed their tune since Auburn was doing well. When I saw who they were at the beginning of the game I almost went ahead and turned the sound off. I mean, they even caused us to miss kick-off!

I liked the end result though.

Wrong, the NCAA Rules state that you or any family member can not solicit money for play!
The Barn was suppose to bench him starting with the Ga game ( that's when pops confessed), but that's when they came up with the "All In" BS just so they could try and win a NC. Now it will cost them big time. Just wait and see.
