Make sure you have the 2 fishing seats upfront. then your trolling motor will go just fine. Many of the pontoons are bought and put up for resale are for leisure not fishing , means you gotta look a little longer.
20 ft Sun tracker 1989 with a wrap center console I luv. Have 90 horse 4 stroke, triton, smaller round toons is better, keep u more stable in the wind, 80lb thrust Minnesota with remote which is best thing ever, pole holders made by millennium that fit right in the rail, keep top down when wind blowing, make sure the toons are smaller around for more control, make sure you have good beams on front lights

See these toons are a little smaller than some that are huge around. keep you low in the water and better with wind. i have my 2 trolling motor batteries under the trunks in the middle in from and 2 on the right rear with gas can of left rear. balances out real way i also have a toon 1/2 way down the middle in the front really gives a lot more stability.ill try to take a picture of my pole holders our member made me they are perfect for pontoon. he really worked with me on lenghth etc.

I have a 21 ft Lowes set up for fishing. After we bought our condo on LSL I spent whole winter looking on craigslist and wrote down hundreds of numbers from so many ads but eventually bought ours from a ad here on CDC from a member. Guys dad had set it up really well but was older and passed before he could really use it. Has livewell, TM battery up front with it and 60 HP 4 stroke and it works really well for fishing but we mostly take it out with our friends for sunset cruises or just going for a ride. It's got SI Lowrance FF that is supposed to be really great for finding fish but I havn't spent too much time trying to figure it out or even how to keep it going after I start it up as I am too busy ketchn crappie from docks and banks.
IF your patient and take your time there are more pontoons set up for fishing and you shouldn't have to sell a kidney to purchase one. Don't need a lot of fancy stuff.

I have a Bennington 22sffx fishing pontoon, 2 livewells, 2 front seats and 2 back seats. Has a trolling motor and I set up 12 rod holders on it...I really like that model. For fishing, pushed by a 90hp yamaha...I wish I had a bigger trolling motor though, they need the biggest one you can put on them
