not me that I remember , but have seen a spill or 2 ....
the most memorable was a BIG hybrid jerking my bud off his pedestal seat on the front deck right into the lake ....
that for sure was the best spill I ever seen , that fish jerked him off the deck so fast it ketched me totally off guard
he came up with his rod in one hand and grabbed the bow with the other and .......said this ....
I still have the fish , GET THE NET !
