I got the brite idea to render some of the fat lines in the tail. Now these are 10ft+ gators, the tail has fat that looks like white, solid, round in shape, long, fat strings. Really good looking stuff. Well I put one of our good iron skillets on the stove and begun to render that fat and oh my God, did it stink!
