No, EPDM Roofing has a place further north. It can't take the heat like TPO membrane. EPDM absorbs heat where TPO reflects heat. Dicor was the membrane manufacturer and in 2012-2013 it seems from my research that they had a bad batch of membrane. Since most of the OEM manufacturers use Dicor membranes for a long time Dicor would at least supply new materials as a form of warranty. I'm the third owner of this 12 year old camper. The current membrane is reverted to a soft putty, nothing short of replacement will work.

Can and will you replace it with a TPO membrane?

Short answer is Yes. Dicor has a TPO out now that is supposed to be a good one also Alpha Systems has one the Keystone Manufacturing is using on their current production campers. TPO is the only way to go if your in the South.

My Cardiologist is like a brother to me, his trailer is the one I'm working on now. We had a text discussion yesterday where I wrote "Who needs to go to the gym with all the jobs going here?" his response, "Exactly". I have always gotten good enough checkups that there is quite a long time in between them.
