Amazon tracking still says Friday, But Post office says I have an Amazon packing arriving today.

They may have transferred it to USPS .
Mine was delivered by Amazon out of a different office than the one I get my regular Amazon packages from.
Guess it depends on what’s available in your area .

One of the big adjustments we’ve had to make in moving to a small town in Arkansas is Amazon deliveries. All of it comes by USPS or UPS. Have never seen an Amazon van anywhere around. Two day orders are rare and most of it takes 4 days to arrive. Back in TN much of the stuff we ordered came same day. And for sure we would always get items next day. Of course that wasn’t the case for items ordered out of Japan. Amazon had about 7 distribution centers in close proximity. Two were actually in the town I lived in. Those buildings were slightly over a mile long. I like to get what I order quick but it has been well worth the move to get away from all those people. Kinda funny I get reels from Digitaka in about 36 hours after shipping email and yet just a regular order from Amazon takes four days. LOL

Today is the day. Amazon shows the rod out for delivery.
Yesterday was another fake out. Post office informed delivery showed another Amazon package being delivered. I worked late so it was rained pretty hard till I got home. Got wet enough that I need to change pants after walking to the mail box. Package was for my daughter again.
At least the weather this afternoon will be dry enough I'll be able to walk across the yard to the pond to try the rod out on some sunfish in the pond.

It certainly is. Once I get it unpacked I'll be slapping a reel on it and walking to the pond. Gotta get that brand new never caught a fish on it stink out of the way.
