Yes he does make some good videos.
He also fishes at Okeechobee quite often, as his dad lives down there.
I do fish slightly different than him in that i pretty much always swim the jig.
Most of the places i fish have no lilly pads, just the weeds he referred to as dollar grass.
And i do let more line hang below the tip as a result of doing that.
That way i can fish a bit deeper as the depth changes, and control the depth by raising and lowering the rod tip.
I also steer away from the weeds when i hook a fish, and i let the fish fight a bit before bringing it in the boat.
Wheras he just flips them into the boat.
Notice that he didnt even have a fish finder on the boat on that trip.
