seems no matter the animal at the packing plant , they all have them sloped floors where EVERYTHING that falls off on the floor goes down to the vienna sausage and hot dog manufacturing area ......

No doubt, but it’s sometimes tough to get past the rotten underwear smell when you cook it, on that there ground beef in the rolls.....

The cheap ground heifer makes the best Tamales, like making sausage - you don't want to see how its made. Boudin too.
