    Ty sir.. I hate fishing with gloves.. though if they are a requirement for the day the striker ice provide great dexterity, decent warmth and are full waterproof.. I Rarely use them but when needed they are the best pair I have used..

    i fishing in Illinois and Wisconsin mostly. Some state forums are more active than others. If you get a chance, attend your states gathering. Its a great place to meet other like minded people in your area.

    Thanks Jim, I hope to help at least one person be better at anything lol Introduction, SLAB pics and questions about this forum... love black crappie too.. when they come up with that iridescent purple and blue there's nothing better... though the camera never seems to capture it..

    Made a thread in the michigan sub forum for michigan reports and such but tactics and general discussion on crappie fishing in general will be a major part of it.. I also added a bunch more pictures.. some are repeats from this thread as I just went through my gallery from last week to last ice.. didnt include the majority of the ice season or last fall but there's a digital crappie highlight real of most of my year crappie fishing if you would like to observe. While the reports will be michigan based I would love for you and anyone else who might be interested to participate in the general discussion..
