Nice stuff!
These are not only easy to build, but cheap seeing there’s no jigheads to buy,,,they work great spiderrigging tipped with minnows or crappie bites,,,,I used to buy these by the hundreds from a few builders, but they seemed easy to make so I started making my own,,,I have tons of these, and absolute love them….

Nice stuff!
they look good
I use to buy them 8 years ago and use them. Worked well. Guess my style of fishing has changed since then and stopped. Thinking I need to start making them but on my hooks I use for when I’m using a drop shot with a minnow. There are times even a minnow they have lock jaw. Might just help on these days.
Those look good. Very nice.
Very nice ties, Takeum. Sounds like they are very effective.
Bob
Bob,,,they work great on our lakes here in Mississippi…I have caught a lot of big crappie on these dudes,,,even more then jigs,,,not sure wh6 exactly, behaps it’s the movement they allow being so light,,,

Like you say, tip them with minnows, crappie nibbles, waxworms, small plastics, or a Gulp minnow and tear em up! Those are really nicely tied!
skeetbum LIKED above post
I might tie some of these up and dunk them in Slab Sauce to try under a split shot.
Dave,,if you’ve never tried them. It’s a definite must! Guys on the Big 4 here used them for years and caught massive amounts of fish,,,,Donny used to sell them here as well as Meatgetter folks from Arkansas,,,,but regardless,,,,They catch fish and Easy to make,,,,,best thing is that you can make them with your favorite colors and materials,,,,I use bucktail on most of mine,,,, but I also used flash and rubber legs like spinner baits….add eyes or not and throw in some sparkle on the head thread. It’s all good! I look forward to hearing your results brother…
