Ok, I'll try this again as my last reply dissappeared....
Came out this morning to Teal hunt and the beeeep went off as soon as I turned the key to on.
So it's definitely (possibly) the oil sensor switch area. I did bring a spare gas tank and will try it's premix on the way back as the warning beep went off and on all the way out here.
Was set up before sunrise and would like to address a different issue - RESPECT.
Here I am setup, spinning wing decoys spinning and hunting out of the boat where you can't miss me. And around 8 AM here comes a pair of Crappie "fishermen" in a boat working their way towards me, or, at least VERY CLOSE to me.
Again, I am clearly visible with spinning winged decoys spinning. Floaters floating and my 1656 Lowe floating there too.
Well these two keep coming and I'm even standing up by this time BUT THEY KEEP COMING.
Finally, at under 120 yards away they get stuck and for the next 20-30 minutes they try to get free. Finally one goes over the side and they make their way out even though the one guy had tried to fish while the other guy would try the outboard, then the trolling motor, and even a plastic oar, and repeat to no avail.
I mean, come on, show some courtesy, respect, etc. Fortunately, or, unfortunately, depending on your perspective, no Teal came in or near during this interlude but this isn't the first time it's happened out here. One time up by point six, a guy literally fished through our goose decoys, and when we said something (no cuss words), he told us to stick it!
It's a really big lake out here, please share and respect others.
Rant machine off.
Thank you.

Small consultation. But running a motor in the mud like that may do it in soon enough. Perhaps that would keep them landlocked so to speak

Frustrating for sure, I encounter all kinds on the water and in the woods. Sad reality in today’s world..

When I kayak fished, red kayak, red lifevest, yellow blades on the paddle. I lost count on times I was buzzed by a boat. People just don't pay attention
