    Turn about 45 degrees then straighten lines again. Then another 45 degrees. Doing this in stages might help.

    The biggest problem i see most people have is trolling different weights of jigs
    Turning then is a dissaster doesnt matter if its jigs or different size crankbaits if they are different sizes they will track different

    My poles were 16 ft, 12 ft, 8 ft, 5 ft .

    I turn wide to prevent tangles when long line trolling. I also use different colored lines, clear/blue, hi-vis yellow, and cajun red to help when those tangles do occur. I find that hang ups and tangles are difficult to avoid entirely, it's just part of trolling for me. I also use 2 planer boards to help with line separation.
