Default How many Jigs can 1 Man have?

My Pop, who survived the Great Depression, carried three jigs, all the same. A one-eighth ounce Slater with a red head, black body and silver tail. He would buy $2.00 worth of minnows at the bait shop if he thought he might need them. Caught bookoodles of fish during his lifetime.

My number changes almost daily sometimes. I tie my own so if I get an idea, the count just went up. Then I get another idea when I’m tying, here we go again. Then I give some away, lose some in brush, set up a new angler with a few to boost his confidence. Like I said, always changing. And those are just hand ties. Plastics is a whole other thing. I bought two bags of plastics yesterday. Didn’t need em but they pushed a button.

Ketchn, you not only stimulating the economy buying jigs, Think of all that fishing line you buying to respool those reels with. 10-15 break offs 10' deep, better have a back-up reel spooled and ready...
Skeetbum, I could not agree more. Every time I go to a store that has tackle that the wife is with me, she puts a set of blinders on me so I can't find nor see any...lol. Oh yea, She has banned me from Bass Pro for life, lol.
