Prayers for you I fought the VA for 5 years to get my worn out knees replaced. Finally was able to get both done and I haven't had any knee pain in a long time. The surgery is not that bad and well worth the inconvenience. Replacement is the only way to be pain free. I would do it again and my knees are the only part of this 75_year old body that is not worn out. Best of luck

BuckeyeCrappie, Yes sir I can feel for you on that pain. It is no fun what so ever...I can't sit too long as my back starts aching, and when I try to stand to relieve the back my knee don't want to work. And Lord if I have to walk very far I'm just a mess. I will say once I'm up and moving it does ease up. Might be my mind kicking in and blocking some of the pain, because when I sit down, I really want to cut the ankle and knee off at the hip to end the pain...No matter what I take to ease it up, nothing I have will touch it. Doc says to Ice it down, not listening to me when I told him it hurt even more when I did...And heat don't help either, but at least it don't cause more pain...lol...
