    Default Guilty as CHARGED !

Yes we hurt some panfish and Yes we consumed said panfish and Yes I gave a plate full to the folks on the house boat next to us . I throw myself on the mercy of the court as I am for sure without any doubt positive'''''' Guilty as CHARGED !
The good news is there was just enough feed all 5 of us big fat fried fish tacos after i gave the one plate away ,until we were big and "fatter" as well
We met up after work and put them bluegill and crappie in the basket and filleted said fish and rolled them in cornmeal and then cast iron skillet time .
All the crew members prepped and got things ready and when the fry time stopped it was drop them rods gentlemen the last plate of fillets is in the grease ...LET's DO this
I swear that was some mighty fine vittles by golly , words don't really describe how tasty those fish were . They went into the freezer in ice and water after they got filleted and then drained and went into the egg bath and then rolled in the cornmeal and plated up for the frying pan .
Fried em up golden brown and crispy and built us some tacos we did ....
    Guilty as CHARGED !

KABOOM is the word of the day. or is it fish taco's? either way that's how you do it Outlaw. hmmm is that considered a shore lunch or dinner as you did the fresh filets thingy? Looks outstanding no matter what you call it. Nice size BG's that made good filets for sure.

On All Counts you Sir are Guilty As Charged as determined by a jury of your peers. Said Panfish should receive hot dogs bites and Crappie nibbles as compensatory damages.........to fatter up the next ones

I've been guilty more times than I can count. I'm fortunate enough to have permission to fish a small(3/4acre) pond that's been virtually untouched for years. LM bass and bluegill only. The stars aligned on this place, average size bluegill run 7", not hard to catch 8-9" and have caught several 10s. Self imposed limit of 5 between 8-9" when I go and it don't take long usually.Them critters sure are delicious!!

Wow, looks great. I like the looks of the setup you have for the iron skillet. Nice and compact looking.
