Has anyone ever tried hand tied jigs for walleye on the Detroit or Saginaw Rivers? I tied up some 3/4 oz today and an chomping at the bit to catch something on them.

Good points, Erin. I save the beard hair for crappie jigs and can't reach mt back hair so I used mostly feathers with a couple made with hair from a deer tail
