Just search on facebook, "raising worms for bait" and the group will come up for you. Click join and i'll approve your request.

When will you have worms for sale?
Why wouldn't you just be active here on crappie.com instead of sending folks to fake book?

Noluck, send me a PM next month if you need reds. Same goes for anyone else. I got ahold of defective batch of peat moss from lowes in february, which ended up killing lots of louisiana swamp worms. Although rare, this thing is known to happen to some worm farmers. The brand was tourbe(or turbo) peat moss from lowes. Comes in a green/white bag, avoid at all costs. I moved my remaining stock a 50 foot bed outside with organic compost as bedding and they will need a year to bounce back to sustainable levels. I could not resupply because the only other guy that has them wants $48 a pound! Tough times we are in now.
My reds were raised in compost so therefore never had any issue with them.
Slab, I have posted lots of FYI on raising worms in here, my post count is 205 so i've not been slacking!

Send your fake book friends here. Fake book gives nothing back to the community. At least here we give away tons of sponsor stuff free in our contests. And our community here often helps members in need. We’ve given away many fish finders, and had donation jars for members (and non member too once) whose home burnt down. We’ve helped tornado victims as well. Tons has gone back to our own here on crappie.com. I’ve not seen zuckerburg help fishermen on fakebook ever. Just sayin.

I can't say you are wrong there. After moderating the facebook group for a long time, no group member has offered to buy any of my products and help jumpstart my young bait business. Fakebook is a pretty accurate description. Since becoming a member of the crappie.com community, many of the members here have bought my worms and helped my businesses grow. I get new messages all the time from people that are looking to buy bulk orders, which i'm sold out for now but will be in stock again late april(red wigglers). This is definately a supportive community, although fakebook does have value for those of us in the fly fishing guide business. However for those of that love panfish and bait fishing as well, this is certainly the place to be. Thanks for making this community a helpful place to spend time at Slab.
