I like the idea but my upbringing and faith in God wouldn't let me do that. With that said, I finally got ahold of the area supervisor for the sheriff's department and after a few calls to various departments, the marine unit told him to have me file a report. They are going after him for environmental dumping and felony criminal mischief as if I would have hit it with my motor it would have been over $5000 worth of damage.
