Get a medium sized carp about 5-8 lbs. Remone innards. Season well with salt and pepper.
Can put lemon slices and aromatics in cavity.
Nail it to a clean cedar plank.
Place it on top of your roof for July and August
On Labor Day, take it off of the roof and scrape all the carp off.
Then eat the board.
A nice white wine, or moonshine pairs well.
