Amen. A celebration of a saved couple. God bless you all.
I am more convinced of that fact than I ever was. On Wednesday, July 10, my Mother made her trip. After several weeks of pain, and a major surgery, she was instantly healed! For the past four years, she had been with my Dad 24/7. Dad had suffered his second stroke, and was immobile, and bed bound for the past year. She saw to his every need, as this is how couples who have been married 60+ years should treat each other.....you know, “In sickness and in health.” Today, exactly one month later, he joined her in her Heavenly home! Is this a sad time? I’ll miss them both, but how can I be sad? They have both received their Heavenly reward! Plus, she didn’t have to wait very long for him to join her! My prayer is that each person who reads this understands what they both taught me during my youth. Salvation is attained by accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior. Through His promises, I will be reunited with them! For all eternity! No, it’s difficult to be sad. My parents have received their reward!
