I have tried Truman Lake a few times of late where the water is very high (about 25 feet above normal) and been baffled. I am not real good fisherman, don't have expensive electronics beyond a simple hummingbird flasher, nor am I a spider rigger; I usually just tie up to a tree, as I thrill for the "tap" on a jig. I tried a patch of hedge trees in 20 feet of water yesterday to no success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Avoid staying on one tree move move move till you get a bite or a fish then stay a bit in case there are more if not move move move.
