Skeet bum, That reminds of a few weekends in my younger days. When we as high schoolers wanted to party, it was get the beer, get a lot of ice and head for the canyon, ( it was out of town out in the desert. ice and beer went in the back of a pick up truck bed, and no one left till it was gone. all keys for any vehicles went into a locked glove box. these usually lasted the whole weekend...

At a friends house we always used the bathtub. Couldn’t keep the fridge door closed enough to keep anything cold, and the roomies had to shower before 7.

Simple fix to hold my sauce & nibbles. Just a piece of foam I found in the garage. Name: 20190710_165857.jpg

Have any of you lost food especially fillets because the freezer door did not fully close? This has happened to me a couple of times. I figured out how to solve the problem. I bought a pair of window and door alarms at Home Depot and mounted them on my two freezers. Whenever the door is open it sounds an alarm until the door is fully closed again. I put a piece of duck tape over the speaker to dampen the sound. Works like a charm and it only cost around $15 for two.

I drill a hole in the cap of a water or soda bottle and run a bolt with a nut on it. The bottle unspools the line a lot faster.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.
