    That stud male gill is one incredible fish, I think I was shaking from excitement more than Sonny. Using length and girth measurements, the big male gill could actually be really close to 2.75 lbs. These fish are really thick, even the 11's had a girth of 13-14 inches.

    Going to have to start measuring girth as well Jim. Pretty sure that fish was at least 2.5lb. That fish could make 3lbs by the end of the year. Lake Perris panfish are FAT.

    Sonny....please consider doing a few videos of catching these incredible bluegill. It would be wonderful if we could somehow live it , too!!

    Been thinking about this. Need to look into getting a newer go-pro, or something similar, and editing software. Can you upload mpg files to this site - or do you have to put them on you tube?
