Cray, YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!! I just called Minn Kota and spoke with the technical support department. They are shipping out a replacement cable today. FYI the part number is the same for a 460D as well.
Don't swell his head up to much, he will charge me more then a lunch to sort out my ongoing issues Really good guy, one of the best in my book. Won't too many do all that leg work to help others out on a problem.

Good deal. Glad I could help. My understanding was it’s different based on out put amps per lead. 5 amp would be different than your 10 and so forth.
