Yes I would like to see one as well.
Would one of you livescope owners be so kind as to video a clip where you’re crappie fishing a dock? I have been wanting to see a video of that but I’ve searched YouTube and haven’t seen one yet
Yes I would like to see one as well.
Scrat I had seen that first one but not the 2nd. The reason I would like to see one on docks is because I want to see how well they perform with the multiple pilings in the water at a relatively shallow depth. If I broke down and spent the money on one of those units and it didn’t scan the full depth or length of the boat house I’d be upset.
i have considered getting one but want to know more about them before I do

Don't blame you there. If I were you I would at least get with someone who has one and check it out first hand.
Be safe and good luck fishing
My partner has one. I'll see what he says about docks. I know he shoots them.
FurFlyin thanked you for this post
I have been waiting for a video shooting docks, have watched almost everything posted with livescope. Seen some good ones but nothing shooting docks. How does the 10" mega work seeing fish under docks, seeing the bite is not that big for me but seeing which docks hold fish would be. Had a h.b. 998 never could see fish with it. Maybe it was me but i sold it. I like the idea of sitting still checking large docks and boat houses.
Argus I haven’t played around with the Mega 10 enough to know yet. Rickie suggested some settings to Slabprowler in the electronics forum for seeing under docks with Hbirds but I haven’t tried them yet. For the past 5 weeks if I’ve had a day off it’s been raining
I have a Garmin 73SV with transducer on transom. I assume I have to buy a whole unit (new) with new transducer to work? Too simple for me to just be able to buy a transducer. Right? Signed, Mr. Wishful Thinker.

So, the unit is $900 and the transducer is $1500, round numbers. Is that about right?
