I have purchased two Lunds from MN. Went to get each one. Great experience, nice people......but if you go ice fishing, just be sure it is an area that does not have a tendency to detach from the main body of ice. I know those folks up north have an extra gene that allowes them to not worry about "said event", but as a southerner, you are genetically deficient, but only in that one area ;-) A northern type boat is an excellent choice for a deep water crappie fisherman, or anyone exposed to large rivers and reservoirs.

Dont know your budget or needs but Alumacraft has a waterfowler in both 15 and 16 foot with low front deck. Academy sells the 15' for right around $2500.00 add trailer, tiller motor and trolling motor and done. Just another option if any Academy sports your area.

This sight has quite a few areas broken down nicely, with resorts, and guides ect. There's lots of others to, pretty much from the twin cities north to Lake Of The Woods.
Thanks SeaRay thanked you for this post
