    I'm in the same boat as you Dawgg. Trying to drop 30 before my physical in early January. I don't feel like hearing my doctor cuss at me. lol It isn't easy, but I'm getting there, 19 down, 11, to go.

    Y'all making me mad with myself. I need to drop 20# and just can't discipline myself to do it. I know it would drop a couple of my borderline readings back into the acceptable range.

    I have to keep my weight a secret if I do drop a few lbs I cant let my wife know anything about it if she finds out I lost =her next trip to the grocery she comes in with a twin pack of buy one get one free half gallon ice cream three cherry pies couple doz. K Ks and bakes a cake and makes a peach cobbler and tells me YOU DON`T HAVE TO EAT IT JUST BECAUSE ITS HEAR now if that ain`t telling the pig to stay away from the trough what is

    I'm on a diet too.Hardly eat anything all to get a good meal at dinner time.I've lost 3 pounds since Saturday after we went to fish camp.
