I like this idea of using the mineral oil in hard plastic, worm proof, boxes, but how does the mineral oil affect the use of scent on these baits? Hate to waste my Slab Sauce on them if it just repels the scent. Maybe it's not a worry.....thoughts?

I bought the box at harber freight that has the large storage on top and holds four of the larger plastic box's on the bottom. They were on sale for $7.00 and some change. Don't have a picture right now but will get one today and add it.

I really like the ones I get at Walmart, whats nice about these is, they have adjustable compartments. I have several of these and for $4 bucks they are well worth it.

I found it to be no issue as the mineral oil protects the baits and I spritz Slab Sauce on the jig as I fish.

Man that was cheap! They go for $15 without the usual 20% discount coupon.

The one I showed goes for $9 with the discount.

Yep that's it. Picked mine up when I was down in Crestview, Fl a couple years ago while they were having an "everything must go" sale...Store was in Ft. Walton Beach, Fl.

But even still, $9.00 is cheaper than Wally World.

I stopped using attactent oils because they didn't make any scents. Get it?
But then again who am I to say they don't enhance a lure's effectiveness and especially when fish aren't cooperative.....?

Just found a much more expensive version from another company:

3 sizes starting at $75 for the smaller size. vs /$9 .
